Discovery & Consultation
Tell us about your bathroom, what you would like to change and any ideas you already have. We review the details before arranging a visit to see the space, understand what is possible and talk through what you want to achieve.
Design & Detailed Proposal
We help shape the layout, finishes, fixtures and details around your space, your style and the way you use the room. Whether you already know what you want or need more guidance, we help develop the idea and turn it into a clear plan and detailed proposal.
Preparation & Scheduling
Once everything is agreed, we organise the project, confirm the schedule and make sure the important decisions are made before work begins. That preparation helps the renovation run smoothly once we are on site.
Installation & Project Management
We manage the renovation from strip-out through to installation, coordinating the different stages and trades involved. Plumbing, electrical work, preparation, waterproofing, tiling, fitting and finishing are brought together as one managed project.
Details & Finishing
The final details matter. We complete the fittings, lighting, silicone, decorating and finishing touches, checking the work as the bathroom comes together.
Final Walkthrough & Aftercare
Before the project is complete, we walk through the finished bathroom with you, deal with any final details and make sure everything is ready to use and enjoy.
